

Guatemala Mission Trip Opportunity Partnering with Hope of Life International (HOL)

Trip Overview
Pray about the opportunity to travel to Guatemala to serve alongside Hope of Life International, a Christian ministry dedicated to sharing the love of Christ while meeting physical and spiritual needs throughout Guatemala. This one-week mission experience will provide staff and students with the opportunity to grow in their faith, develop servant leadership skills, and participate in meaningful ministry that impacts lives for eternity.
About Hope of Life
Hope of Life International has served Guatemala for over 35 years through medical care, nutrition programs, clean water initiatives, education, church partnerships, and Gospel outreach. Their mission is simple: Saving Lives – physically and spiritually – through the love of Jesus Christ.
Trip Cost
$890 per person PLUS airfare and personal spending money – includes:

If your student is interested in joining us for this special week of serving, learning, and growing in Guatemala, please complete the short Intent to Participate Form by Friday, October 9. This will help us get an accurate head count as we begin making plans for the group.
October 16, 2026 – $250 non-refundable deposit due (per person)
December 2, 2026 – $500 Installment Due (per person)
February 20, 2027 – $500 Installment Due (per person)
April 2, 2027 – Balance Due (per person)
The Hope of Life campus is much more than a volunteer lodging facility- it’s a 3,000-acre ministry center that serves as the operational hub for Hope of Life’s work throughout Guatemala. Students who visit will see firsthand how a Christian ministry can address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs on a large scale.

St. Luke’s Hospital & Nutritional Recovery Center
- Pediatric hospital serving vulnerable children.
- Nutritional intervention and recovery programs for severely malnourished children.

Village of Transformation
- Family-style foster care community for children who have experienced abuse, neglect, abandonment, or trauma.
- Foster homes staffed by caregivers, therapists, nurses, and social workers.

- Residential and outpatient programs for children with physical and developmental disabilities.

Liberty School
- Preschool through Grade 12 Christian education for children connected to Hope of Life ministries.
Oasis of Eden
- Residential care ministry for elderly adults who have been abandoned or are unable to care for themselves.
Safe Haven Village
- Family-style homes where missionary families provide long-term care for orphaned and vulnerable children.
Leadership Development & Pastor Training
- Biblical training for pastors, church planters, and community leaders.
- Leadership development designed to strengthen local churches and communities.
