Welcome to the ACA Café!
We are proud to have the most talented professional chef, Tina Weaver, and her incredibly hard-working team, preparing delicious and nutritious lunch options for our school family every day. Chef Tina is committed to providing fresh, nutritious meals that are nourishing to our growing students.
Lunch Pricing
- PreK – 2nd Grade: $5.50
- 3rd – 12th Grade: $6.00
- Please refer to the price list for all other menu items.
Important Payment Policy Update
To streamline our lunch service and ensure a smooth experience for all families, we have a lunch balance policy in place:
- Outstanding Balances: Once your child’s lunch balance reaches $25, you will receive a notification. Lunch will no longer be served until the balance is paid.
- We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Never Worry About Lunch Balances Again!
To make managing lunch payments easier, we encourage you to sign up for PaySchools AUTO REFILL. This service allows you to set up automatic payments with a credit card or bank account. Set it and forget it — no more tracking balances!
Meet Chef Tina
Our wonderful chef’s love for food began at the age of 4 in her Italian grandmother’s kitchen and has since blossomed into a lifelong passion. She honed her culinary skills at prestigious culinary schools in Manhattan, training under renowned chefs such as Andre Soltner, Jacques Pepin, and Jacque Torres. Chef Tina went on to work for Bobby Flay at Restaurant Bolo before embarking on exciting culinary adventures in Venezuela and Norway, where she owned and operated multiple businesses.
After returning to the U.S., Chef Tina worked in food service sales and consulting, collaborating with chefs like David Bouley, Ed Stone, Eric Ripert, and Francois Payard. However, 7 years ago, she found her true passion is creating meals for children and is now in her third year at ACA, serving delicious meals to our students. Chef Tina feels incredibly blessed to be part of our school community, nourishing the next generation.
