Dear Parents,
We have finished our second round of MAPS testing (Reading, Language Usage, Math) this week. After we have administered the tests to those who were absent, any student who showed growth will be given a dress down day that includes a recess. Stay tuned for this announcement. We are hoping that breaking up the reading assessment into two days and giving students a tangible reward will give them the motivation to do their best. You will receive your child’s MAP report at the end of the school year.
God keeps bringing to my attention lately the fact that ALL humans are made in his image; therefore, ALL humans are to be treated with dignity and worth. This is a fundamental difference that sets Christianity apart from all other religions. We can ask our students: Did you treat (fill in the name) as an image bearer? Psalm 8 is a beautiful passage of scripture that reminds us of this. I would encourage you to take time to read it as a family this week.

We’re inviting our wonderful community to help bring our upcoming Hoedown Fundraiser to life by lending western-themed decor items! If you have items such as lanterns, hay bales, wooden crates, or other rustic treasures, we’d be so grateful to borrow them. 2026/2027 transportation forms are available for submission.

Spring Sports Interest Form
Students in grades 5–12 interested in spring sports must fill out our ACA Athletics Interest Form linked below!
Teams include volleyball, baseball, softball, and track & field. Please complete one form per child.
Message from the Nurse’s Office
We are in need of gently used gym uniforms and plain navy sweatpants of all sizes. Please no chapel or regular uniforms!
If your child has borrowed items from the nurse’s office, kindly wash and return them at your earliest convenience.
Mark Your Calendar: February 28 & June 1
At ACA, students are automatically re-enrolled each year until graduation, making the process simple for families. If your child will not be returning for the 2026/2027 school year, written notice must be submitted to the Admissions Office by February 28. After this date, the non-refundable registration fee will be billed and a new payment plan set up. Tuition commitments become binding on June 1.
We love when our parents share photos with us! Since we can’t be everywhere, your pictures help capture special moments we might otherwise miss – whether it’s a memorable field trip, a joyful school event, or a winning sports team. Please use this form to securely upload your photos. They may be used for marketing, communications, and the yearbook.
